Privacy notice

What we collect

This site collects personal details in one place only: the request form on our Book a call page. When you send it, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, its website, your job title and any message you write. We collect nothing else about you.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean replying to your note, setting up a call, or sending the shortlist map you asked for. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list, and if you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the people at Consulting Bookings who handle your request. We never sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which is the only outside service the pages use.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to beth.stevenson@consultingbookings.co, or send a note through the request form, and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this notice on this page.
